SMW26 Booking Form for Overseas

The booking process for overseas groups wishing to book and attend Scale ModelWorld 2026 at Telford International Centre on Saturday  7 and Sunday 8 November 2026  has begun.

A letter and our booking form for 2026 are available  in both PDF and WORD formats.    So you can open and edit and type on the DOC and send it back to the Overseas Liaison Officer (Chris Marston), or print out the PDF, use a pen and handwrite your answers, then scan or photograph the page and send that back to her  ….   the choice is yours.

Bookings are now coming in on a daily basis, and we are expecting a lot more overseas delegations this year, and have already received enquiries and subsequent bookings from both new and / or “returning after a few years absence” clubs …  so Chris is very confident there will be a large and strong international and overseas presence this year.

Alternatively – just drop Chris an email on  overseas@ipmsuk.org  and once she receives that, she will send the forms to you directly via email.  Until a completed application has been received, and a reply sent back back from Chris to confirm your booking no club can or should assume they will have display space at the 2026 event on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026.

Priority will be offered to those who complete and send their applications in by 31 May 2026.
