Roles on the Executive Committee and changes to Articles and Rules
This is a reminder to all Members that the following roles on the Executive Committee are due for election in 2026:
- President
- Scale Model World Manager
- Treasurer
- Honorary Secretary
- Competition Secretary
- Overseas Liaison Officer
- Webmaster
- Publicity Officer

The closing date for any nominations is the 31st December 2025 and all nominations are to be sent to me either by email at secretary@ipmsuk.org or they can be posted to my home address which is in the back of the current magazine. Members wishing to be nominated for the Executive Committee should complete this form.
This is also the closing date for any proposal to amend or change any of the Articles of Association or Club Rules. These are the documents that are the requirements for the Society, Branches and SIGs to operate under the Companies Act.
Any changes to these documents require the voting of the Members, and any document presented has to be clear in its objectives as to which part of the Articles or Club Rules the Member wants to amend.
