SMW 2023 IPMS Belgium judged Best Overseas Display
Congratulations to IPMS Belgium, who were judged to be the best overseas display at Scale ModelWorld 2023. Here they are being presented with a commemorative plaque by IPMS(UK) Overseas Liaison Officer, Gary Wenko (in yellow).
