It is a company limited by guarantee, owned by its members, and operated in line with its Club Rules and its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Branches and Special Interest Groups operate within the remit of their Operational Rules and Guidance.
The Society is managed by an Executive Committee, made up of ordinary members, who put themselves forward for election at the Annual General Meeting. Members wishing to be nominated for the Executive Committee should complete this form.
