Annual General Meeting 2025 Voting
The Society’s Annual General Meeting will take place on the 24th of May 2025 with a start time of 13.00hrs. The venue will be South Yorkshire Air Museum, Dakota Way, Airborne Road, Doncaster DN4 7FB.
Our friends at the museum have kindly offered to host this meeting for the Society, and with the production of a valid membership card members will get free entry into the museum prior to the meeting starting.
We hope that the Executive Committee will see as many members as possible who can attend the meeting.
Voting
If you cannot get to the AGM then you can still vote online. All members for whom we have an email address will shortly be sent an email which provides a link to the AGM booklet, and a link to the online voting form. This is a process that has proved very successful in recent years, and combining this with a downloadable AGM booklet will provide the Society with a substantial saving in both the printing and the postage of this booklet to all households of our membership.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer a paper voting form, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Honorary Secretary at 6 Buttermere Green, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9SP.
